I'm Jacob Andre
Hi, I’m Jacob, and I’m passionate about helping people achieve their peak performance—whether they’re seasoned athletes, runners chasing personal bests, or individuals recovering from injuries.
With over two decades of experience as a strength and conditioning coach and a double degree in Sport Science and Teaching, I’ve dedicated my career to empowering athletes and individuals to reach their full potential. I also hold a Graduate Diploma in Psychology and Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness, giving me a holistic understanding of both the physical and mental aspects of performance.
Through my programs, coaching, and expertise, I endeavour to enble athletes to transform their performance, recover from injuries, and reach levels they may have once thought impossible.

My Journey
My journey in sports performance spans more than 13 years running my own strength and conditioning business, 12 years teaching physical education, and elite-level experience with the Northern Territory Institute of Sport and the Adelaide Crows AFLW. Working with athletes at all levels—from grassroots to professional—has allowed me to design evidence-based programs that deliver real results.

- Rehabilitation: I've been trusted with all sorts of rehabilitation. From shoulders, back, hips, knees and ankles, to Brendan Moore overcoming an autoimmune disease to complete a 90km ultra-adventure sport race.

Beyond Coaching
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me running, enjoying brunch and coffee, or cheering on my kids at their sports games. As a single full-time father to four children for over 5 years, and now part of a big blended family, I know firsthand the challenges of balancing life, family, and fitness—but I also know it’s possible to thrive in all areas.
